Founder Of Weather Channel Calls for Potential Lawsuit Against Al Gore

Interesting implications - is Al Gore liable for financial fraud by selling his carbon credits in what amounts to bogus claims?

Check out the video: John Coleman, founder of the Weather Channel: "I see see absolutely no evidence that CO2 -- carbon dioxide -- is causing any warm-up in temperatures."

I want to be named in any suit against Al Gore. My children are now raised. During their time in school, they were ridiculed for their disbelief of his claims about Global warming. Even though they graduated in the top 2. (Not percent) and later wnet to college as honor students, almost every scholarship and opportunity tey had with on campus groups was shaded because they are (boat-rockers). His garbage psuedo-science and flat out lying influenced the liberal agenda of the political arm of our education system. This hurt my kids. Because of this, I want to stand with those who are not blinded by him. (Wow, do sound obsessed here?) Well, not as much as Al Gore.

(Wow, do sound obsessed here?)

I think "unhinged" is the word you're looking for.

Class action lawsuit is precedented and very legit. Bad science is bad science, be it a drug company etc. The general public and US Economy has been the victim through higher electric, gas, and now food prices. While Nerow plays his violin and watches Rome burn. Gore acts like an opertunivore, riding a liberal agenda to world fame and his own profit.
Science should be set apart from public opinion and political agenda to be considered true unbiased science.

Sign me up too - I'm tired of hearing about Al Gore's pseudo-science and tired of hearing politicians singing his chorus.

I'll put a grand into the legal fund for suing that communist arsehole, algore.
This is what should be done every time one of these lying sons of bitches opens his communist yap.
Get this thing going, Coleman.

C'mon BadCat, don't hold back - tell us how you really feel!!!

BTW, I damned well agree with you.

Why can't conservatives spell? I think it's probably because they're stupid. That would also explain their inability to understand scientific thinking.

Borrowing from Richard - C'mon Mike, you can do better than that.

On the other hand, you might consider thinking about what you just said and what, if anything, it has to do with any of the commentary. Besides, I myself have a PhD in immunopharmacology and almost take pride in being an absolutely lousy speller when I'm writing in a hurry. Surely, most of us goof a bit in doing so.

As for your implication that failure to agree with bogus science reflects an inabiliity to understand scientific thinking, there are many who would argue the other way around.

But I don't think that you thinking otherwise makes you stupid, just naive and gullible.
