Federal Magistrate Joan Azrack's Special Treatment For Those That Threaten Us

On Tuesday, Robert Mustaq John was finally "sentenced" for sending Debbie Schlusel a death threat, however the operative word "sentenced" apparently has an entirely different meaning for Federal Magistrate Joan Azrack when it comes to Muslim extremists.

Robert Mustaq John is a Muslim alien from Trinidad and Tobago, who now lives in the Bronx, NY. He sent Debbie Schlussel an e-mail featuring pictures of Daniel Pearl in mid-beheading and other states of pre-rigor mortis, with the text, "JEWgirl,u Might Be Next" and "KILL ALL KIKES" in blood-red, bold capital letters:

Federal Magistrate Joan Azrack was not only soft on Mr. John, she took the unusual step of departing downward--by two-thirds--both from the mandatory sentencing guidelines for Mr. John's crime and from the recommendation of the Federal Probation Officer in his Pre-Sentencing Report.

I'd be interested in learning how Azrack has followed sentencing guidelines and prosecutor's recommendations in other cases not involving religious extremists, and how often (and to what extent) she "under-sentences" felons, in general. If it turns out that she has under-sentenced a religious extremist intent on jihad but has otherwise followed guidelines and recommendations in other her other cases, then Judge Azrack needs to be made a national symbol of judicial dhimmitude, and the recipient of ridicule from the blogosphere that should accompany such a designation of ineptness and political correctness run-amuck.
