SCOTUS Okays Discrimination Against Christians?
Apparently SCOTUS believes that it's okay to promote and endorse the religions of Judaism and Islam, but not Christianity. One can only conclude that discrimination against Christians - only, is perfectly A-okay!
Last time I checked, Christmas was a Christian holiday. With SCOTUS' refusal to review the appeals court case, Santa Claus rates higher than Jesus Christ.
Related: A predominantly Christian nation founded on Judeo-Christian values has now turned its back on the very values and faith that has made it such a great nation. A 2001 ARIS survey determined that:
76.5% of American adults are Christian (52% Protestant; 24.5% Catholic).On a side note, the push by the multiculturalist, secular progressive, liberal left, relativists to rape the nation of its few remaining values has so denigrated all faiths that I wonder if it even matters anymore.
14.1% do not follow any organized religion;
1.3% are Jewish.
0.5% are Muslim, followers of Islam.
0.5% are Buddhist.
0.4% are Hindu.
0.3% are Unitarian Universalist.
0.1% are Neopagan (Druids, Pagans, Wiccans, etc)

I am not a Christian, I am actually working towards an Halachic conversion to Judaism. I am very distrubed by the secularization of Christmas that is going on. Christmas is a Christian holiday that is about the birth of Jesus. If a nonChristian wants to have a day to get together with his/her family and exchange gifts then they should go out and do just that. They need to keep the word Christmas out of it. What they are celebrating is not Christmas. If I was to hold a feast instead of fasting and praying at the synagogue on Yom Kippur I would not be observing that holy day and it would be sacrireligious to claim otherwise. I think it is the same thing for Christmas. Just because a few people want to change the meaning of the holiday, does not make it so. If that NY school was going to ban the nativity scene then they should not have let any religious symbols to be shown in the school. Discriminating against the majority does not show open-mindedness. All it shows is that they expect the majority to live up to a higher set of standards.
I am glad that there are Christains out there that are pointing out the bigotry in the system. Continue to keep doing what is right and don't let the left silence you.
