Senate Approves Coercive Interrogation Guidelines: Major Victory For President Bush And The War On Terror!!!

frist on fox.jpgA triumphant Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, announced to the world that the Senate had passed the House version of the "Detention, Interrogation and Trial of Accused Terrorists" legislation which has been the source of so much hand wringing and controversy in Washington lately by lawmakers more concerned about, as one Senator so poignantly put it "...reading 'Miranda Rights' to the terrorists in the battlefield," and the rights and civil liberties of murderous Jihadists detainees, than in the safety of our very own citizens!!!

The legislation, which has been passed by both Houses, and is expected to be promptly signed into law by President Bush, was formulated and introduced by the White House to deal with terrorist suspects and Jihadist combatants within a "legal framework," to satisfy a recent Supreme Court Ruling, and was prompted when senile "Liberal Activists" elements within our Supreme Court, in an unprecedented move, decided to grant "Jihadist thugs in street clothes" "Geneva Convention rights" - required only to give "Name, rank, and Jihad number" declaring the government's detention of these terrorists in Guantanamo, and the Military Courts dealing with them, "illegal" !!!

To the "weeping and gnashing of teeth" of most Democrats and of the four Republican turn-coats led by Senator McCain, who tried to derail the legislation in the last few weeks, President Bush got most of all the strong language he had originally proposed in the legislation, and retained the ability by our interrogators to use such methods as deemed "appropriate" to extract information from these terrorist detainees that may very well thwart other terrorist attacks in the future, the way they already have in the past, as was the case with the recent foiled attempt by the terrorists to blow up a dozen American airliners out of Britain in mid air over the Atlantic, which was thwarted thanks to the aggressive counter-terrorism measures of the British authorities, along with information gleaned from our so much "maligned" NSA Surveillance Program!

The only major method of interrogation previously used by interrogators so far outlawed to be used in the questioning of the detainees, is the use of the notorious "waterboarding," which nevertheless had proven so extremely effective in the case of extracting vital information from the likes of Khaled Sheikh Mohammed (Piss be on him as with Mohammed) the mastermind behind the 9/11 atacks, and which helped save innumerable lives by allowing us to avert other attacks!!!

Waterboarding will, however, be exclusively reserved from now on, to be used upon Senator McCain - whenever he's finally brought in for "questioning" on all the treasonous acts he's committed upon the floor of the Senate! LOL!!!

Democrats are disconsolate, and a tear-eyed, effeminate Alan Colmes on Fox, could not help but wail his shrill plaint about "the unprecedented amount of power this legislation gave the Executive Branch," and how "it violated the civil liberties of all those poor Jihadists." For a moment it seemed like he was going to have a "melt-down" in front of the cameras and break down and cry; something that as Clinton proved in his interview with Chris Wallace on Fox the other day, seems to be in "vogue" nowadays amongst increasingly hysterical, paranoiac, Democrats!!!

The Washington Post in its Editorial "The Abuse Can Continue" appropriately titled to reflect its more "moderate Democratic" view on the issue (rather than the "Far"- Left view that is even farther off the deep end, and claims such things as that 9/11 was a ploy by Vice President Cheney -who they say destroyed the Twin Towers in a controlled demolition, in order to claim insurance money, and as an excuse to invade poor oil-rich Muslim Countries, and that these poor Jihadist detainees are but heroic "Freedom Fighters," victims of American "terrorism" and "Imperialist expansion") writes:

"THE GOOD NEWS about the agreement reached yesterday between the Bush administration and Republican senators on the detention, interrogation and trial of accused terrorists is that Congress will not -- as President Bush had demanded -- pass legislation that formally reinterprets U.S. compliance with the Geneva Conventions. Nor will the Senate explicitly endorse the administration's use of interrogation techniques that most of the world regards as cruel and inhumane, if not as outright torture. Trials of accused terrorists will be fairer than the commission system outlawed in June by the Supreme Court."

"The bad news is that Mr. Bush, as he made clear yesterday, intends to continue using the CIA to secretly detain and abuse certain terrorist suspects. He will do so by issuing his own interpretation of the Geneva Conventions in an executive order and by relying on questionable Justice Department opinions that authorize such practices as exposing prisoners to hypothermia and prolonged sleep deprivation. Under the compromise agreed to yesterday, Congress would recognize his authority to take these steps and prevent prisoners from appealing them to U.S. courts. The bill would also immunize CIA personnel from prosecution for all but the most serious abuses and protect those who in the past violated U.S. law against war crimes."

Please, give me a break, we're supposed to be crying our hearts out for those poor, downtrodden, Jihadist bastards, deprived of such essential "creature comforts" during our "brutal" interrogations as a "comfy warm bed," and a "climate-controlled room"? Doesn't that just break your heart?!?!

Ah! And don't forget their three meals a day made to their "exacting" Islamic dietary specifications!!!

If it was up to me, I would feed the murderous savages on pigs innards every day, and make them do their ablutions in pigs blood! And make them wipe their arses with pages form their Koran!!! But, alas! The horror! That would be so "politically incorrect" with our "hypersensitive" politicians; not to mention that it would be an "...outrage against human dignity" as the Geneva Convention clearly states in an extremely vague manner - or is it vaguely states in a real clear manner?!?!

And what about the "OUTRAGES AGAINST HUMAN DIGNITY" committed by these Jihadist hyenas on those killed in the suicide bombings every day, those mercilessly murdered non-chalantly on a day today basis in Baghdad, or all those beheaded, or executed after being monstrously tortured, and what about the victims of 9/11 and all the innocent victims of their heinous terrorist attacks all throughout the world?!?! DID THEY NOT ALSO DESERVE THAT SUCH OUTRAGES AGAINST THEIR "HUMAN DIGNITY" AND THEIR LIVES BE NOT COMMITTED AGAINST THEM?!?!

Where is the "JUSTICE" and the "PROPORTIONALITY" of all those who are so "exceedingly distraught," and wring their hands in "angst," concerned about the "rights" of the savages that murder such innocent people?!?! DIDN"T THEIR VICTIMS HAVE RIGHTS TOO?!?! But alas! I forget that Muslims and Jihaidsts are to be given "preferential treatment" at all times, and that under pain of "death threats" we must be vigilantly conscious of not offending their "sensitivities" acording to our Dhimmi, politically correct, politicians!!!

I do have to apologize though for my harsh terminology, but feeling as strong as I feel about the imbecility of those who would grant these murdering savages far more rights and considerations than they would ever grant any of us....much less their myriad "victims, just makes me seethe with anger!!! But, again, I do apologize to all "Animal Rights Activists" for calling these barbaric , infrahuman, Jihadist bipeds "hyenas" as it is highly offensive, and a totally unfair comparison, to the poor animals!!!

But I digress, and what is truly significant about news of the passage of this Bill, is that as much as the "cut-and-run" "Defeatocrats" (formerly known as Democrats) may moan and whimper in shrill protest about the passage of this legislation, it is "DONE," and the American people can joyously say to the Supreme Court and its senile "Activist" Judges, to the "Gang of Four Turn-Coats" led by Senator McCain, and to all those terrorist loving Democrats on the Hill wailing disconsolately about its passage: "Guess what guys?!?! UP YOURS!!!" with a big smirk on all of our collective faces!
