Is this now the face of America's future? Or is it simply the high point of dependency before a reverse?

Answering that question is one of the two most important things that the election in November is really about.

The other, equally important, question to be answered is just how much of our freedom and rights we're willing to continue loosing:

Interestingly, given what we now know about Barack Obama, Andrew C. McCarthy's October 29, 2008 piece titled 'Redistributive Change' and the Death of Freedom is amazingly prescient of where we now find ourselves today.
