Given that the Obama administration is asking the Supreme Court to settle the legal fight over DOMA, a law that denies federal benefits to 'married' gay couples ... and we all now know how much Chief Justice Roberts absolutely loves pleasing Obama and his fellow leftists in the media ... it seems to me to be time to re-post a piece posted here on Hyscience back on May 18 of this year. After all, the gay marriage issue is much more than just an attack on our traditional values, it's an integral part of secular progressives' agenda, a type of gay and secular fascism to impose its will on the rest of us and make homosexuality the new norm, and they are clearly prepared to shut down voices of dissent while using violence, harassment, and intimidation to accomplish their goals. Unfortunately, they have a more-than-willing accomplice in the White House that encourages laws being passed that infringe on the rights of the majority ... rights such as freedom of conscience, religious beliefs, and free speech -- all of which are in the process of being made subject to the tyrannical acceptance of homosexuality and his leftist ideological agenda.

From May 18 ...

Matthew Sheffield reports at NewsBusters that YouTube censors decided within 2 hours of its posting that a video critical of gay rights extremists is "hate speech," even though the video discusses policy issues and does not use any derogatory language about gays and does not advocate violence against them:

[...] The video created (on May 16) by preacher and hard rock drummer Bradlee Dean to accompany his weekly column published by WorldNet Daily and other news outlets, exposes facts facts about the hatred and oppression directed at conservative Christians and opponents of gay marriage in Canada by the radical Left toward people of faith, those who hold to traditional marriage. The video also details a solemn warning to Americans to get vocal on the issue or prepare for the cultural overhaul under way in Canada.

g examples of how gay rights extremists are using hate speech laws to silence conservatives is a ruling by a Canadian official that Christian parents who home-school their children can not teach their children that homosexuality is a sin.

[...] Bradlee's video did not attack or demean gays -- it addressed serious policy questions raised by actual events and political decisions in Canada. By taking Bradlee's video offline, YouTube has shown its commitment to "defend everyone's right to express unpopular points of view"ÃÆ'Æ'Æà ₠℠ÃÆ'à ₠ Ã à ‚ à „ ÃÆ'Æ'Ã à ‚ Â ÃÆ' àà ₠ŠÂ Ã à ₠ŠÂ ÃÆ'Æ'Æà ₠℠ÃÆ'à ₠ŠÃ‚ ÃÆ'Æ' ÃÆ' àà ₠ŠÂ Ã... ÃÆ'à ₠ŠÃ‚ ÃÆ'Æ'Ã à ‚ Â ÃÆ'à ₠ŠÃ‚ ÃÆ'Æ'Æà ₠℠ÃÆ'à ₠ Ã à ‚ à „ ÃÆ'Æ' ÃÆ'Â Ã à ‚ Ã... Ã‚ ÃÆ'à ₠ Ã‚ ÃÆ'Æ'Æà ₠℠ÃÆ' àà ₠ŠÂ Ã... ÃÆ'Æ'Ã à ‚ Ã... ÃÆ'à ₠ŠÃ‚ isn't all that strong when it comes to defending the right of people opposed to gay marriage.Absolutely nothing in Bradlee's video violated YouTube's Community Guidelines.

Here's the video; judge for yourself as to whether or not it's "hate speech":
