What's really at stake in the Wisconsin recall just happens to be the same thing that's really at stake in November's national election. As so aptly summed up over at Redstate, it's not simply just a fight over austerity (and on the national scale, our nation's solvency and freedoms). It's a fight over honesty. It's a fight over what governments exist for.

Do governments manage a state or nation and help provide for a stable and abundant future? Or are governments a looting machine that you use as a methodology to settle scores and secure favors? If you believe the latter vote Democrat and hope they remember you when it comes time to pass out the fat envelopes.

In the meantime, pay attention and care very much about what happens in Wisconsin as you keep reminding yourself where the Dems get the money to fill those 'fat envelopes' (and pay for all those 'payback' programs). Then make sure you make your voice heard in November.
